Online Billing Portal

NT Voice & Data provide access to our online billing portal - this portal allows you to access copies of old invoices as well as generate more detailed analysis on your invoices. 
You can access our online billing portal here https://ntvoiceanddata.co.uk/support/
To request access to this portal please contact service@ntvd.co.uk 


Once you are into the portal, you can check invoices and usage, the usage is usually up to 24hrs (working hrs) old for Vodafone & O2.
 
Use the links on the left to get the most out of the portal:
Bills - download old invoices and use the navigation links at the top to drill down further into the rental & usage charges:

Charges Breakdown
This shows Rentals as well as an overview of calls/data/out of bundle usage, select the criteria by using the "+" to filter and press the "download" button on the far right - this will show you the totals for each category of usage

Usage Analysis
This shows the itemization, so if you see lots of charges in "Charges Breakdown" you can search within this section to see the itemized usage report - again, filter the criteria and press download to get this info as CSV.

Check what username/cost centre etc. is logged against each number & use the links at the top to add/remove/edit


    • Numbers - this is what is already set up against each number - you can edit/add here but only with pre-added details.
    • Users - add, edit or delete existing usernames
    • Cost Centres - add, edit or delete existing cost centres
    • Departments - add, edit or delete existing departments

    • SIM Swap - swap SIMs around if users are having issues with service and there are no bars or restrictions
    • Barring update status - this is where you can add bars (you wont be able to remove - for this you will need to contact us) It also doesn't show all bars, again to check all bars, please contact us - this is for use in an emergency (for example if a device is stolen) you can then add a bar while you wait for a replacement SIM
