NT Voice & Data provide access to our online billing portal - this portal allows you to access copies of old invoices as well as generate more detailed analysis on your invoices.
Once you are into the portal, you can check invoices and usage, the usage is usually up to 24hrs (working hrs) old for Vodafone & O2.
Use the links on the left to get the most out of the portal:
• Bills - download old invoices and use the navigation links at the top to drill down further into the rental & usage charges:

See overview of already invoiced bills & download copies of the invoice & reports using buttons on the right
Charges Breakdown
This shows Rentals as well as an overview of calls/data/out of bundle usage, select the criteria by using the "+" to filter and press the "download" button on the far right - this will show you the totals for each category of usage
Usage Analysis
This shows the itemization, so if you see lots of charges in "Charges Breakdown" you can search within this section to see the itemized usage report - again, filter the criteria and press download to get this info as CSV.
