Evonex Emergency dialling
On
extension-based platforms such as Gamma Horizon, Ipecs and 3CX it would default
to the "True"/site number.
Evonex
is not an extension-based platform its DDI based so each user's number is
responsible for its own 999 details.
On
Evonex you can change the outbound display to be the main number, but this
excludes 999, when 999 calls are made it will show the DDI and there is no way
around this.
To change the outbound display, you can login to the customer's account >
navigate to Company Features > CLI's > Under Actions click on manage
presentation number (Icon marked in yellow below):

You
can then change this to any of the approved numbers in the drop down and to all phones.
If the number us not one on the account, you can add it as an approved CLI from
the main admin user from the reseller side as per below:
Once
this has been added you can then select the number under manage presentation
number in the account.
This means that Emergency test calls on Evonex will always display the DDI of the extension calling.
The location should be the same as the main site location.
Even when the DDI is set to display the main site number, this will be overwritten for emergency calls
